Product design
In short, I transformed product design in the company from a non-systematic, one-off approach into a scalable culture, both technically and humanly.

Integrate research into designers’ regular workflow to reduce unnecessary iterations
Transition the product to its own design system, cutting time-to-market
Foster a culture of “why we are doing it and how we could do it differently”
In addition to client-facing interfaces, we also designed numerous internal banking products for operational activities. For example, a Sales CRM in which the bank’s sales managers can manage their deals with major clients.
An important milestone in B2B products is credit products. The design and product team has completely redesigned the application process to increase conversion rates and approved credit limits.

During my time leading brand design, we increased spontaneous brand awareness to several times and aided awareness rose to dozens of percents

People and culture
When I joined, the team was around 13 people. Now, it’s 80! We’ve grown that much in just a year and a half, while also boosting the quality, processes, and output of product design, brand design, and editorial – and had a lot of fun doing it!
